The MER Resource Hub is for key stakeholder CGIAR evaluation processes. It aligns to the mutual accountability standard and practice as per the CGIAR Evaluation Framework and Policy. It responds to findings of the 2019 MOPAN review of CGIAR and management response (MR) to enhance use of evidence for decision-making (ToR).
