ISDC Team

The ISDC is a standing panel of eminent scientific experts appointed by the CGIAR System Council. It currently consists of a Chair, Vice Chair and four members.

IAES delivers operational support to the Independent Science for Development Council (ISDC)

Prior to the formation of ISDC, the role was filled by the Independent Science and Partnership Council (ISPC). The ISPC was a predecessor advisory body for CGIAR, and the ISDC was established in 2019 to succeed it as a key part of CGIAR's advisory system. Some of the former ISDC members listed below also served on ISPC.
