Abstract
CGIAR Advisory Services include the activities of the Independent Science for Development Council (ISDC), the Standing Panel on Impact Assessment (SPIA), and the external evaluation function. The CGIAR Advisory Services Shared Secretariat (CAS Secretariat) coordinates and advances these services.
