Ines joined the Independent Advisory and Evaluation Service (IAES) in January 2024, providing technical and general support to the Independent Science for Development Council (ISDC). She holds a BSc in Environmental Sciences from the University of Salamanca and a MSc in Development Practice from Trinity College Dublin, specializing in rural development, sustainable agriculture, and environmental protection.

Ines brings prior experience as a project officer in different international NGOs. She has worked as a consultant contributing to projects involving the integration of environmental requirements into humanitarian aid projects. She has also served as an environmental officer evaluating environmental impacts and has conducted field research on sustainable agricultural practices.

She holds both Spanish and French nationalities and speaks fluent English, Spanish, French and Basque.
