Abstract
This Commentary aims to close the advisory feedback loop for CGIAR’s 2025–2030 Research Portfolio, reflecting on the adoption of scientific advice provided by the Independent Science for Development Council (ISDC) during the Portfolio’s Inception and Implementation phase starting in 2025, and how the science Programs and Accelerators as currently implemented adhere to the elements of Quality of Research for Development (QoR4D).
