Agnes joined CGIAR’s Independent Advisory and Evaluation Service (IAES) in May 2023, initially as an Administration Consultant, and since July 2024 as an Administration and Coordination Assistant. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration from the University of Szolnok (Hungary) and a Master’s degree in English Language, Literature, and Education from the University of Szeged (Hungary).
With over 15 years of international experience in human resources, operations, and business development, Agnes has worked across corporate, public sector, and educational settings. Most recently, she served as a Marketing Development Specialist at Centrica Business Solutions in Rome. Prior to that, she was an International HR Advisor in the Netherlands and previously served as a Coordinator in the Professional Development Department at the same company in London.
Earlier in her career, Agnes coordinated professional development programs in London, managed logistics and team operations in the distribution sector, and supported student services in higher education. Agnes is a Hungarian national and speaks fluent English, Hungarian, and Italian.
