As CGIAR implements its One CGIAR reform, the Quality of Research for Development (Qo4RD) Framework was revised in 2020 to help CGIAR in developing research strategies and programs, establishing a new research portfolio, monitoring systems, and designing performance management standards. To fulfill its mandate related to assessing research initiative proposals, ISDC is creating criteria to operationalize the QoR4D Framework.
Aim of the Meeting: Review QoR4D Brief that operationalizes assessment criteria.
Expected Outcomes: Provide clarity to Science Leaders on QoR4D operationalization for research initiative proposal development.
