Emmanuel Kove is an emerging agricultural economist with research interests in consumer preference, productivity analysis, food security, climate change, and agricultural and rural development. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture (Agricultural Economics major) and a Master of Philosophy in Agricultural Economics at the University of Ghana, Legon, with a one-year exchange program at Université Catholique de Louvain in Belgium, supported by the Erasmus+ scholarship.

He has worked as a graduate research and teaching assistant at the University of Ghana, and contributed to projects with CIRAD, Solidaridad West Africa, and international partners such as JICA and GRIPS. His work experience spans data collection and analysis, impact evaluation, and field coordination, with proficiency in STATA, R, and GIS tools.

He aspires to become a lecturer and research fellow, contributing to evidence-based policies and innovations in agriculture across Africa.
